A year has almost come and gone. 2014 will soon be a faded memory. It will be a year of triumph for some and failure for others. I have not done what I should have this past year. I have maintained but have not lost anything else except in this past few weeks. I am going to be a different person in 2015. One with more determination than 2014. I can do this, I know I can.

I am not going to be the same person I was a year ago. I am not going to be standing in my own way, yet I am going to adopt ways in which I will enhance myself even more then in 2014. Each month I will write a chapter in my book about what the month has presented to me and how I have handled it.

My goals are simple. To do the best I can do in any given situation, which for me means taking time for myself every single day. I WILL NOT BE A SLACKER!!!

1.) I will continue to exercise consistently

2.) I will continue to track the foods I eat and learn from my mistakes, but most of all try not to make mistakes I have made previously.

3.) I will continue to drink at least 8 glasses, if not more, daily.

4.) I will continue to log on to Spark People and accumulate at least 75 points or more daily.

5.) I will become more active in the 4 groups that I belong to.

1. Start new. Don't worry about what used to be, or how many times I've tried before, but concentrate on the here and now.

2. Start by loosing smaller amounts so my goal doesn't seem so high and unobtainable.

My Program:
1. Use resistant bands for strengthening.

4. Drink allotted amount of water

Ouch!! When will you be able to have your so-called "good" knee done? It doesn't sound so good to me. I hate that you had to have one knee replacement repeated. Just don't want to have to do that! Take care!
