Re-Writing 2014

A year has almost come and gone. 2012 will soon be a faded memory. It will be a year of triumph for some and failure for others. I have not done what I should have this past year. I have maintained but have not lost anything else except in this past few weeks. I am going to be a different person in 2013. One with more determination than 2012. I can do this, I know I can.

I am not going to be the same person I was a year ago. I am not going to be standing in my own way, yet I am going to adopt ways in which I will enhance myself even more then in 2011. Each month I will write a chapter in my book about what the month has presented to me and how I have handled it.

My goals are simple. To do the best I can do in any given situation, which for me means taking time for myself every single day. I WILL NOT BE A SLACKER!!!

1.) I will continue to exercise consistently

2.) I will continue to track the foods I eat and learn from my mistakes, but most of all try not to make mistakes I have made previously.

3.) I will continue to drink at least 8 glasses, if not more, daily.

4.) I will continue to log on to Spark People and accumulate at least 75 points or more daily.

5.) I will become more active in the 4 groups that I belong to.

1. Start new. Don't worry about what used to be, or how many times I've tried before, but concentrate on the here and now.

2. Start by loosing smaller amounts so my goal doesn't seem so high and unobtainable.

My Program:
1. Use resistant bands for strengthening.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! I had a fantastic day here at the beach in Florida with my brother and best friends. My brother and Shawn each caught a shark fishing off the beach below the condo - small ones (thankfully) and finished the day watching the rocket launch from the beach at Cape Canaveral (35 miles away) what little we could see due to heavy cloud cover here on our end. Add in dinner out with them and a delicious Rocky MOuntain brownie cheesecake dessert cake and a free dessert at the restaurant which we all four shared. Lots of walking on the beach too. Great way to turn 60!

I'm assuming that all day activity is what used to be fitbit entries since I have a fitbit. It used to show fitbit entry now it's all day activity. Hope that helps.
