    REALLY??? That's kinda cool! I don't EVER think of that. I'm not being conceited or fishing for compliments!!! I just know what I see. I kind of see the tummy I want in that one photo. But I don't see that when I look in the mirror at all. I've convinced myself it was just the lighting. My legs? Yeah I admit they look pretty awesome. But then I go but on boots and they just fit around my calves. I have to remind myself it's MUSCLE & that's a GOOD thing. It means I can eat a little more and not pay for it cuz that muscle is there to eat it up!!! LOL! emoticon

    LOL!;)) Thanks for the comment on my oysters rockafeller! Spinach pie sounds yummy! I make spinach quishe sometimes. You gotta watch the fat & cholesterol in those type of things and the serving size is tiny, at least the way I make it! LOL!;)) Somethings I just don't see the point in making if they're not as tasty as I KNOW they can be!!!! I am so bad at that. I try to use fake egg junk when I can but then the sodium is ridiculous!!! If it's not one thing it's another. TASTE is a HUGE thing for me!!! Yesterday I ate a plate of Dorito's somthered in cheese and jalapeno peppers! SO GOOD! I dropped 1.4 pounds between yesterday and today too! Go figure that one out! All I did was walk on my treadmill for 30 min. at 4mph! Nothing else! I have been with SP since July 7th 2009 and still have NO IDEA HOW to lose weight! I can eat a ton of junk and sit on my A$$ and lose weight. Then, I workout like a mad woman and watch what I eat and gain weight???? It's so hard! I'm not quitting or anything but I really don't see the point in wearing out my joints over 5 pounds and 3 hrs a day is insane! CAN YA TELL I"M NOT in a good mood today! Not cuz of the scale. It's just one of those days. But your coming by helped me feel better! It's nice when people come by and say stuff!

    Hi there!

    Thanks! You made me think of this old and I mean ancient guy we have, had in our area that would "run" really it was a fast walk but he's like 90!!! Seriously! He started wearing one of those highway worker vests so people wouldn't hit him. I haven't seen him in a while. I wonder if he's still around. I have no idea who he is or how to find out. Now I'm worried about him. I hope he didn't pass away. Or, if he did he was with people would loved and appreciated him. I hate to think of him being all alone.
