Hayden Goals

In 2008 I lost 50 lbs by dramatically changing my diet and by adding aggressive exercise to my life. I was working around the clock and had the support of my co workers. I didn't have much time to live my life at all.

Over the past 4 years I have gained back 13 of the 50lbs. My job has changed and I now have a lot more free time then I ever did before. I don't have the support of my co workers only because they know me in my current size, not where I was before.

I want to stop the upward trend in my weight and get back to where I was in 2008. I am still exercise all the time, but, as more and more studies show, it is about 70% food and 30% exercise for weight control.

I believe that I can get back to where I was with the support of a community that will hold me accountable and encourage me. That is why I joined. Hello!
