I am a 61 year old, disabled pharmacist who very much needs to eat better, exercise, stretch and lose weight to improve my health and reduce the need for medication. I suffer from chronic pain and multiple health problems. I am grateful for the Spark program, the friends I have made here, all the support that is so freely given and the desire God has given me to change.

My Goals:
I set a goal of losing 5 pounds per month and re-evaluating my goal weight after losing 85 lbs.

My Program:
I am going to try to begin eating now to maintain the weight I want to eventually be. I must also begin exercising and stretching daily. I hope to eventually reduce the amount of medication I'm on.


Personal Information:
I live in northwestern TN with my wonderful dachshund, Luci. I need to make some serious changes in many areas of my life. I am starting by tracking my food to lose some weight and by exercising and stretching.

Other Information:
I am committing to doing this 'lifestyle' for life.
