Eating Positively and working on me

I've had a lot of trouble losing weight. Just trying to drop some weight to improve mobility.

I've had weight loss surgery about 4 years ago and have a lot of regain. I need to be accountable for myself and do the best I can to drop this weight. And then maintain a healthy weight.

I'm eating more along the lines of the Mediterranean way of eating. Based on a book titled "mediterranean prescription". I've read a few books on the subject and it's less of a diet and more ...

My Goals:
1. To blog everything I eat. Good or bad.
2. To drink at least 64oz of water a day.
3. To only weigh myself ONCE a week.
4. To finally have a healthy weight and maintain it.

My Program:
I am eating the Mediterranean Diet way. Following the Maintenance and not trying to lose too much too fast.

Exercising upper body and walking as much as my knees allow me.

HOPEFULLY, joining the Y to Aquacise.
