I would really like to run but walking is preferred first.
I would love to lose weight slow and steady.
I would also love to eat healthy.

I am from New Jersey but originally from Brooklyn, New York where I was raised and miss terribly. I have two beautiful children, Amanda & Michael and my life partner, Chris. We have two great dogs, Yoshi (shiba inu) and Max (yorkie). Max was my birthday present and I just adore that little guy.
