During the BLC, I work hard week-by-week to lose something mainly so I won't let my entire team down. However, during the BLC Breaks, I typically let my guard down and tend to gain weight.
So, Here's an idea for each of us who want to get through this BLC break without a gain.
"LAST FOX STANDING" BREAK MOTIVATION:
Do you want to pledge with me to try NOT report a gain during the next 4 Wednesday weigh ins?
How does this work? Everyone who signs up is on the list tries to maintain or lose each week.... if you report a gain one week, you get removed from the list.
Let's see how many Foxes we can get to sign-up and how many we can have still standing at the end of four weeks! (At the end, I will send each Fox who remains on the list a box of my paintings notecards! - a $10 value.)
