Welcome to the Fit to Serve team! I think it is ironic about you getting your coffee from China. I love tea as much as you love coffee and even though the green and white tea I drink is healthy, I've found a lady who gets my tea from China. It takes a little more work to make it with the fresh leaves than to just use a tea bag and it is more expensive, but I know how much healthier it is so it's worth it! 2607 days ago
Good to know about the healthy coffee. I've recently cut way back on my coffee/caffeine intake. I feel good and it's just one small step to start small changes that lead to LARGE permanent changes in the long run. But I will always enjoy my morning coffee! Just not 4-6 cups like it used to be, now just 2 -3.
