HI FELLOW COFFEE DRINKERS! Have something wonderful to report. I went to the doctor on Wednesday and had my blood pressure taken. It was N O R M A L. It was 117/74. And it was gourmet coffee with ganoderma lucidum and that is a FACT. Why? Because I trusted what everyone told me and stopped taking both my medications for the blood pressure putting it to my own test. Of course I knew I was scheduled for a blood test in a month and 1/2. The coffee has such a calming effect, unlike regular coffee which can give you highs and lows, that I was not even concerned or worried about it. I just knew it was good for me.

I have been told it regulates blood sugar for the diabetic and also lowers the bad cholesterol. I watched so many videos on the ganoderma lucidum about the history of it - so fascinating! - and testimonies of what it has done for others. It is so beneficial to the body and is anti-aging, for sure! I haven't heard one negative thing about it.

I can tell you it tastes great, too! And, I am a coffee drinker from my teen years!

I plan to continue to drink my coffee because I am told that lowering my blood pressure is just the beginning of the health benefit I can get from my coffee. And, I believe it!

I am so glad I was introduced to this product and to Xango Juice by a graduate of Yale because I made one phone call responding to my christian radio station, here in Connecticut. In such a short time I have learned SO MUCH AND THE CLOCK TURNED BACK ON MY HEALTH 5 YEARS.

I want to share this and help as many people as I can. Wouldn't you?

Welcome to the Fit to Serve team! I think it is ironic about you getting your coffee from China. I love tea as much as you love coffee and even though the green and white tea I drink is healthy, I've found a lady who gets my tea from China. It takes a little more work to make it with the fresh leaves than to just use a tea bag and it is more expensive, but I know how much healthier it is so it's worth it! emoticon

    Hi Dianne,
    Welcome!

Good to know about the healthy coffee.
I've recently cut way back on my coffee/caffeine intake. I feel good and it's just one small step to start small changes that lead to LARGE permanent changes in the long run. But I will always enjoy my morning coffee! Just not 4-6 cups like it used to be, now just 2 -3.
