To be at a healthy weight for my height. To continue to make my home reflect who I am by finishing our "remodel". To be a good grandmother, mother and wife. To enjoy life's surprises.
I am learning to think healthy. I know what I should do it is making myself believe it is what I want to do that is hard.
I have purchased a Fitbit and am walking 10,000 steps a day.
I am trying to replace one snack at least a day with fruit.
I am drinking my water and keeping track of food.
2013 is MY year.
I am retired and living in Oklahoma. I have traveled extensively. I have been married for 42 years to the love of my life. I have three adult children and five wonderful grandchildren.
I like to read and am an avid quilter. Family and friends are important to me.
