Time for a change

These past few months have been tough fitness wise. First, I was sidelined by a back injury for a few weeks and just as that was getting better I came down with bronchitis. Needless to say my exercising has been virtually nonexisistent this past month and a half. Just walking and trying to hit my step. Now I have a clean bill of health and am ready to get back on the road towards a healthier lifestyle.
