NEVER GIVE UP !!!!!!!

I am not going to give up and I am going to get down to a healthy weight no matter how many years that it takes. My primary goal for losing weight is to reverse my diabetes. I truly believe this is possible.

How many attempts is this for getting my weight under control? I have really lost count....but I am going to credit myself with never giving up!!

THANKS!!! Put your mind, body and soul to something and can do anything. I am on 4 years of maintaining now and am still blown away by all that has happened and is happening. Thanks for your great words and you inspire me. Down side is when you put everything in it and push other things aside so finding the balance and remembering we are all human is the tricky part. Have a great weekend and it is not 130 but really that you feel healthy and happy, numbers are just numbers.

This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. Welcome to The Chair Exercise Team !!!
We are an active and friendly team and love our exercise .. we not only cater for disabilities, a lot of our members just love the chair exercise and the camaraderie of this team.
We are here to help you to realise your dream of fitness and health in fact, we encourage exercise of some sort or another.
This help to keep the heart rate up and the blood flowing through our bodies.
We also encourage our members to look after their Nutrition.
We have several challenges going on and heaps of fun thing to do!
