On my way

I've been here before, tried this and then tried that. Lots of diet books and exercise dvd's, I've read them all been motivated, but struggle to carry my plans out or realise my goal.
This time I'm trying to take small steps and concentrate on the whole of my life not just my weight.
I'm quite shy because of the way I feel about myself, but working hard, on moving forward and just doing it any way.

Track food daily
Walk three time a week.
Reflect on three positive highlights from the day each evening.

Personal Information:
I 'm in the UK, in the wild and wooly hills of West Yorkshire.
Losing weight and becoming healthier is a long term goal for me. I'm working on 5% weight loss goals and gentle exercise. I'm busy studying for a degree, and since retiring from paid work have lots more time to enjoy being with my partner and my brilliant grand children.
Also a dog whom I love to play with and train.
