Made in Britain, love birds and wide open spaces..and my two dogs. I've struggled with my weigh for as long as I can remember but no more. small steps and positive thinking is my mantra these days...I can do it! lets go...

A morning stretch
The smell of coffee and baking bread..
The sea...Autumn mornings.. seeing my weight reduce and feeling my clothes fit looser, getting to know new people and hearing their story.
