To become fit and healthy

I am on a health quest to both lose 32lbs and become physically fit. My goals are to find a balance between exercise to keep my weight managed and strength so I can be a better cross country skiier when I go home and play golf. I love golf and skiing. Both require strength and flexibility and strong heart/lungs. I love yoga, running, Coach Nicole and weights......my goal is to take an hour each day and focus on things that help me.....logging, SPARK, meditating and exercise...

Hi sweetie....with my travel schedule I can only do 3-5 days right now...Like you I would love to be a 60 day rebooter...heck I would be thrilled if I had 30 days in a row at home to do it but given that I cannot, I settle for 3-5 days as often as I can.

I also love the THE FAST DIET (check online for his book) model of eating 500 calories per day for 2 days a week. Very doable and so good for you....the fasting over 12 hours between eating two small meals on two days out of a week heals a plethora of conditions, burns viseral fat (the dangerous fat around your organs) and strips dangerous plaque from arteries.....amazing....

Oh that's so awesome that you are rebooting! Let us know how you go, how long are you doing it for? I would secretly love to be a 60 day rebooter but gotta see how 30 goes first!
