I am new to spark people but not to weight management issues, my family on the east coast is made up of morbid obese folks. I know a lot about proper eating and leading an active lifestyle....I just gotta stay on the wagon!! My DH is a Veg so it is not about the foods I choose but the portions/calorie control. I am a foodie and a great cook! People love to eat at my house and we like to try new restaurants. Getting out and getting moving is hard at times, I tend to be a house mouse depending on my mood.
I am kinda shy at times. I do in home fitness tapes Sansone Walk, Good Ol Richard Simmons,Tae Bo, Jillian, and I have tons more! I also Joined TOPS 9/10. I also have 24hr fitness membership I bought through costco I hope to use it soon. I have a problem and that is why I am here! I started gaining weight at about 10lbs a year after my father died in 1998.

August:finally get the GUTS to visit and join a TOPS group!
I joined TOPS SEPT 2010 for more support!


Long term:weightloss, do local bike ride fundraisers,
Started Goal 2/2011-Worst day of the year ride! Whoot!

do the Seattle to Portland bike ride with my DH in 2016.
would like to go to a water park maybe the new one going in at McMinnville?!?!and go down the slides in 2016. Would like to get new and better fashion photo's of me in my wedding dress as the thinner me.

My Program:
Slow and steady 5 pounds a month would be great!
5 pounds a month =60 pounds a year! Think about it!

Personal Information:
I am happy to be married so if you are single and looking I am not the one for you! I have a background in healthcare and fashion.
I also play/perform music
around town.
My DH is a Veg. I am not but b/c he is a Veg I only eat meat 1-2 times a month.
So at home we cook veg meals.

Other Information:
I would like to find a womens or coed soccer team (just for fun) to meet up with and play 1-2 times a week. When i get in better shape! I use to play in high school and loved it.
