It's Not a Diet. It is a Lifestyle!

I am a small business owner in the medical field. My schedule sometimes can be challenging, but over the last year I have learned to make time for myself. It is important for each of us to take time for ourselves!

My nutrition goal is to continue to eat within my calorie range.

My fitness goal is to continue my workout routine with working out at least 5 days a week and strength 2-3 times a week.

Stopping by to say hi! & letting you know, this is what I am doing today!
I made my green drink today! Lot's of pumpkin, emoticon yogurt, protein, greens galore! I feel GREAT! Happy Friday, (date night w/DH) emoticon emoticon

I'm also going to clean our pool, today! it was 67 degrees when I checked. So I'll turn on the solar & hope for a little warmer! I'll be REALLY moving! emoticon It really needs my attention!
