I am getting rid of the weight...I don't want it anymore!

I am a small business owner in the medical field. My schedule sometimes can be challenging, but over the last year I have learned to make time for myself. It is important for each of us to take time for ourselves!

Spring 5% Challenge Commitment: My goal is to loose 5% (8.8 lbs) of weight in 8 weeks.

My nutrition goal is to continue to eat within my calorie range.

My fitness goal is to continue my workout routine with working out at least 5 days a ...
