Overwieght though still Living Life :)

Hello all,
I have been fighting weight for most of my life. I believe since about 3rd to 4th grade. Not that I was overweight the whole time. At one point when I was about 19 I got down to a size 5, though I was hardly eating. Now I am nice and obese and trying to get down to a reasonable weight. My first goal is to get under the dreaded 200 mark.

We are in this together, the trick is to never (NEVER) give up. :)

My Program:
Just trying to be healthy. If I eat healthy and exercise I seem to lose weight.

It is portion sizes and going for 2nds that do me in.
