My Goals:
My goals...
I want to be pretty, toned, not have to shop in the guys section, to not throw up stomach acid and to run up stairs. Being an acrobat or contortionist would be cool too. but one step at a time :-)

My Program:
I havent properly dieted so im open to suggestions!
My basics are to cut down chocolate, coke, junk food.
To eat 3 meals a day and to snack on veg if i need to.
To start a proper exercise regieme at home and eventually go out in public to exercise.
Weighing once a month.


Personal Information:
I am me. im obsessed with animals so hopefully walking the dogs and ferrets may help!
