When at first you don't succeed, you learn!

I'm a rollercoaster of success but I haven't given up on myself. I'm a college student masquerading part time as a makeup artist. Well, at least until recently. I now work for a natural cosmetics company called LUSH (my dream job seriously). I love my job, love the people I get to work with every day. I'm planning two reward tattoos for my success at my 170 pound mark as well as my single digit size mark in clothes. I plateaued before both successes in the past. ((I'm also planning a trip ...

My Goals:
Long term: To reach 150 pounds or 30 percent body fat, by May 2013. I am currently around 204. Thats about 1.3 pounds a week starting now. Totally doable!

Short term:
-Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
-Meditate on goals twice a week.
-5 servings of fruits and veggies
-work out at least 4 times a week minimum.

My Program:
Track calories and keep within my ranges, without beating myself up for downward spirals. I will celebrate my victories, no matter how small. I will not give up on myself. Perfectionism isn't perfect!

Oh thats great! Ya I always need atleast 8 hours of sleep but if i get 6 or 7 i guess im alright. I been working out everyday and i increase my min on the elliptical so now im up to 30 min a day. It feels so good to work out too. I don't sweat much so when i do i feel better. I am not on any special diet just counting calories but i need to kick it up a bit cause the weight is taking awhile to come off.
