Today counts! Who is getting stronger today, the me of my past or the me of my future?

Why do this?
Because I want to!
Because I deserve to be at a healthy weight and look good!
To feel fitter and less squishy!
Because I want to look better for my husband than I did for old boyfriends (many years ago).
To look younger and NOT matronly!
To get rid of that super sized bumm!
To be proud of my appearance!
To look good in dresses!
To check "reach goal weight" off my bucket list!


Goal: lose 47.6#, eat 5 ...

Goal: lose 47.6#, eat 5 VEGGIES per day, PLAN meals for my family, PREP food in advance,EXERCISE 6 days a week as a lifestyle.

Be a version of myself that I am happy to have - not feeling like I could do more for my health, but instead feel balanced.

My Goals:
Loose 48 pounds, eat 5 veggie servings per day, have one sweet per week, exercise daily - cardio with heart rate elevated for a minimum of 15 minutes

My Program:
Eating 5 vegetable servings per day, with at least two greens, one cruciferous, one tomato. Eating two veggies and one fruit with lunch and dinner; exercise every day - even if just for 15 minutes of elevated heart rate..
