January 2018 - A new year begins ...what a blessing! I am ready to continue "Changing for the Better"...

I've been "Changing for the Better" bit by bit these past 4-5 years but I'm far from finished! It's not effortless yet by any means but I feel great promise and hope for 2018 in becoming and experiencing more of what I want in my day to day life which is "...unruffled peace, everyday holiness and ease of being in body, mind and heart."

Here's to "Changing for the Better" 2018 version! I hope in this new year you will discover what changes you might make that will lead you toward better health and weightloss...what will work uniquely for you!

My program is healthy LIVING! No counting, no tracking, no measuring ... just back to REAL foods, moderate daily exercise/activity, taking conscious time and effort to live life in a simple balanced way in all aspects - mind, body, spirit!!!!! and having gratitude for all things!
