I joined Sparkpeople to help me with tracking what I eat and discovered a great motivational tool. I have yo-yoed with weight loss for the majority of my life. I heard about Sparkpeople from a friend at work when we decided to do a weight challenge. The challenge didn't amount to anything but it got me sparked!
