I made such a mess out of myself physically over the years. It took getting serious and not accepting more of my own excuses to finally start seeing results. I *can* eat in a way that doesn't damage my body. I *can* exercise or do stretching to make myself stronger and more limber. No more excuses!

I want to get back into my size 10 jeans and get my various blood work back into "normal" ranges through diet and exercise.

My Program:
I'm eating low-carb/high-fat now as a lifestyle change, not just a "diet." I can't go back to the way that I used to be.
