Donna's "No More Excuses" program

I have been getting up early most mornings for the last three months to walk/jog/run at least a mile on my treadmill. I'm happy to say that I'm back into my three pairs of size 12 jeans, which were so tight that I could barely squeeze into the largest two pairs back in September. Now I have my sights set on getting back into my closet full of size 10s. No more excuses!

I had set a goal to run at least half a mile without stopping by the end of November, which I met on November 26 ...

I had set a goal to run at least half a mile without stopping by the end of November, which I met on November 26 when I ran 0.6 miles in one stretch. Now to see if I can make it a full mile by the end of 2013.
