Hi.....I'm totally struggling with food addiction and breaking bad bad eating habits......I'm trying to be positive and have energy but it's hard, so i'm trying all the resources I can cause I don't think I can do it all alone :-) So thanks for posting and letting me know there are others out there who struggle and make it through too :-)

My Goals:
Gain muscle, lose a little jiggle, eat healthy!!! (which probably means i have to learn how to cook and like salads...)...sleep more... too many goals?

My Program:
ummm i don't really have one established yet.... I do go to the gym religiously for 1 hr twice a week for weight training, but i need to start doing 40min of cardio everyday....i can usually do 1 day a month or 3 days straight....have yet to make it a full week....

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

We are here for you! We'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting Sunday.
