Hello - Dave Ledbetter here. I started attempting to live a healthier life style in 2000. At the time I weighed 225 (at 5'10"). I selected running as the exercise tool and focused on calorie & fat reductions to lose weight. Now after 20 marathons and a couple of triathlons I'm down to 160lbs! I now realize that being fit is a journey and finding activities that you love is the best way to stay on the path!

Hey - hows it going? I've finally decided to stop giving myself free range on cookies, and such so the scale is going better, and so is the training. Getting ready to start my tapering after Christmas Day - SO EXCITED!!!
