I am going to be skinny!

I have been overweight/obese most of my adult life;and that is changing.

I have dropped 22 pounds in 5-weeks by NOT dieting. This is a lifestyle change; I try to select and eat food everyday like I will for the rest of my life.

Phase I has been a focus on diet; Phase II will broaden by focus on increased and regular exercise.
