Thanks Deb for the great idea about adjusting the challenge into small incriments, This challenge is actually very easy to do as you can, you dont have to catch up to be on track w/it, it's just about small changes from the inside out, Plus if you want to make it easier to catch up, just do the mini task each day, they take about a minute, No worries if you are overwelmed w/life.

It won't work to break it up because it is under a sticky topic , and if you brk it up than it won't be and it will be more difficult to find. Please reconsider and join us again if you can. Cya on the sparkteam! emoticon
