I have become too sedentary now that I am not working a 40 hr week and I have noticed that I am stiff and not as flexible as I used to be.

My Goals:
To lose that last 10 stubborn pounds and to become more physically fit and flexible.
My Program:
I eat pretty well, fruits, veggies etc. just eat too much! I really have to track what I eat. I don't do any exercise and it shows. I plan to do yoga stretches everyday and walk. I also want to do toning and strength exercises every other day.
Other Information:
I am a creative person and I create fine paintings and attend art shows in the summer. I also sew and work with leather. All this is done sitting down which does not help me in the fitness department.
