I am from Canada and in a Happy Long term relationship with the man of my dreams. Just as I was starting to really love myself I started to have complications due to the weight (which was fixed with 8lbs...) anyhow. Here I am working towards something that means a lot to me. BALANCE. I do not want to be THIN, I do not want to be SKINNY, I do not want to be FAT, I just want to be HEALTHY.
Hi, things are going ok for me. I've missed two days working out just due to lazy tiredness but tomorrow I'll get up and back into it! Plus I'm going to really focus on my eating this fortnight in the hope I can lose some decent amounts again. I want to get back down to my 2012 low weight of 130kg (I saw 129.9kg one morning and then gained from there! :( ) I can do it!
Hi, yeah I'm doing good. Focusing on building some muscle and so far so good. I'm letting my fitbit and myfitnesspal do the work for me, it's day 4 and I've stayed under my calories and lost a bit of weight and fat, now to stick with it for like FOREVER!! That's the hard part. I'm loving reading about your wedding, I'm so excited for you.
