Do you live in Colorado? I hope you didn't have anyone close involved in that Movie Theater shooting. It has really saddened the nation, I know it has saddened my family because you can't be safe anywhere.
I know what you mean about getting the challenge started. I have been keeping up with doing something every day. Not sure about suggestions right now, but let me think. How about doing some ten minute type of workout - not too hard - after dinner to work off some of the calories? Like a walk or squats, situps, pushups & jumping jacks or some dancing? 1680 days ago
Thanks for commenting on my (stupid) blog. I was having a pity party again (I'm pathetic) but was trying to be honest. This is not easy. I've gained and lost 30 lb+ several times in my life but my addiction (yes, addiction!) to salty greasy foods always seems to derail me. Just can't be happy or satisfied with 1 serving...
Pita and egg roll wrappers present the same problems for me. Not too salty or greasy but carbs and my love of carbs probably was a contributing factor in my developing type 2 diabetes.
