I want to grow old with my husband. He has done a great job getting in shape the past couple of years. I have been working out and have slimmed down to a size 12. I haven't lost a lot of weight, though. In order to reach some personal goals, I'm going to have lose some pounds. Besides, my long-term goal is to grow old with my husband and to be able to enjoy every minute with him. That means being healthy and active.

My Goals:
1. Be in triathlon shape again. Doesn't mean I'll compete in a triathlon, but I want to be that fit again. I didn't get there in 2013.

2. Be able to run a sub-10 minute mile again. That will require losing weight. I just won't do it at the current weight. Too much to lug around with me. I know it's not a lightning fast speed, but it's the best I've ever been able to do as an adult.

3. Be able to do a push up - a chest to the floor and back up again push up. I can do half-assed push ups now.

4. Be able to do a pull up. Because I want to be a bad-ass.


My Program:
Do something every day to reach one of those goals. Track on my personal calendar.

Personal Information:
I live in Lowell, MA in a gorgeous condo on one of the canals. Our apartment has 6 windows that are 4 ft. x 10 ft. and it faces southeast. I have daylight from sunrise to almost sunset.

At goal and maintaining is the board I was on at least daily after I hit goal. Slowly have gotten away from it along with tracking food and need to get back with it all.
