Thanks for stopping by my page. Been with Sparks for about 3 years off and on . I find I do so well when I am on it and feel so strong and healthly. I love working out!!!!! I have loss some weight not as much as I would like but I am toning and feel so much better and healthly I am trying to get my body fat down to a healthier number.
I am a active person and enjoy walking, running and speed waliking Have been doing strength training and turning it into body building which I have really been enjoying. if Im not doing that youll find me hiking with my dog or biking when ever I can fit it in. Sparks has helped me ALOT AND IM THANKFUL........

    hi, Thanks for stopping by my page. I See that you are, like me, a person who has recommitted to Spark to help you lose the weight and reach your goals. I have 2 Standard Poodles. I'd enjoy walking with them more if I could get them to not pull so much. I have tried a professional trainer, dog classes, and stopping with them whenever they pull and waiting, but neither is particularly food motivated, and they are very strong. So we only go for short walks most of the time, unless the weather is good and I can get them to a dog park to run off their energy.
