Believe in Yourself!

Hi everyone! My name is Jessica, I'm 25 and I am working on myself. I started this journey at 188 lbs; I am now down to 161.

I am a single mom, I work and go to school; so working out for me is a treat! I usually manage to workout 3 or more times during the week; it helps that my gym has a babysitting room that my daughter loves! She is my encouragement. She also keeps me in line; she gets upset if she doesn't get to go to the babysitting room.

My reason for losing weight is that I want to be able to keep up with my daughter. I am at the half way point on my weight loss journey. About 2 months ago, I realized that I have finally reached that point where working out is no longer a challenge, but a necessity! I love working out! It makes my day go smoother if I get my workout in. Right now I am loving the LesMills BodyPump class.

My Goals:
*Up my workouts to 5 times a week

*Eat at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

*Cut out caffeine (for the most part!)

My Program:
*Use my daughter as motivation to get the gym more.

*incorporate fruit and veggies into each meal.

*Get more sleep so I don't feel the need to have caffeine!

I just wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on the awesome job you are doing in the step challenge!!

You have done 21,046 steps in just 4 days!
And you went over 10,000 steps yesterday! Woohoo!
