Just joined, but practicing three weeks and the stubborn pounds are coming off. I love the food, am not hungry and have no cravings. I feel great.
BTW I see you have a lot of fitness minutes compared to SparkPoints. I have visited a lot of pages and those with fitness near or greater than points do it, do it quickly and keep it off.
You are doing fantastic!
