You asked about the elliptical. My suggestion is that you should start "peddling" slow until you get the speed that works for you. When I first started, I went strong and wore out so fast that I had to stop sooner than expected. Now I start slow and get to the speed that is right for me and can go longer. Also, you will find that there are days that you need to go slower than normal. I seem to have more energy on one day and less on the other. Hope you enjoy it!!
