New Year, new goal...

Time to reset my goal timeline and push it to June 1, 2016. Life happens and we sometimes have to accept that we may not be able to reach the original goal by date we had hoped to reach it by but not give it up, just keep on moving! Motivation is the key!

My Goals:
I lost my way the last year and as a result I have gained back about half of what I had lost. My current goal is to lose that weight again and continue on my path to lose the rest of what I wanted to lose when I began this journey Sept 2008. I have about 100 pounds to lose...I hope to reach that goal in a years time. I just have to do it!

My Program:
I need to rededicate myself to reaching for my goal to continue to lose weight by getting back into working out and tracking my food intake and utilizing the SparkPeople website again.

I live in Santa Rosa, Ca in beautiful Sonoma County.

Lifes a beach, go swimming
