In terms of protein, I really work hard it. In about July, my trainer suggested I try this thing called "Eating Clean." Now granted, I can't get anywhere near where they say you should be, but one thing I did pick up was to make sure I always eat protein w/ a complex carb (and even if I have just regular carbs, I try to have protein). So if I have a salad, it's gonna have chicken or fish or something on it. Even my snacks have protein - normally a Greek yogurt in the morning & cottage cheese/regular cheese/nuts +fruit for afternoon. Sometimes I'll even throw in egg whites or PB with a snack (I love sliced apples with peanut butter). 2147 days ago
