I joined Spark People on August 26, 2014. I was seriously worried that if I did not get my eating and fitness under control, I would some day become house bound. At 385 lbs, it is time to change.

Fitness Minutes: 13

My Goals:
Lose at least 135 lbs.
Be able to wear clothes that don't gome from a Big and Tall shop. Be able to fit comfortably into an airplane or stadium seat. Be able to do everyday activities without being short of breath.

My Program:
Counting every calorie and staying within my range. Eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies each day. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day. Slowly starting an exercise program by walking 10 minutes per day and adding 2 minutes every 5 days.

Thanks for the support man! I'm happy for you that you are getting healthier. I noticed you mentioned not having to buy from big and tall shops, I know how that feels, glad you are doing something now, I didn't and eventually got too big for even those clothes, I've been buying from one online retailer for years.
