Lose at least 135 lbs. Be able to wear clothes that don't gome from a Big and Tall shop. Be able to fit comfortably into an airplane or stadium seat. Be able to do everyday activities without being short of breath.
Counting every calorie and staying within my range. Eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies each day. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day. Slowly starting an exercise program by walking 10 minutes per day and adding 2 minutes every 5 days.
Thanks for the support man! I'm happy for you that you are getting healthier. I noticed you mentioned not having to buy from big and tall shops, I know how that feels, glad you are doing something now, I didn't and eventually got too big for even those clothes, I've been buying from one online retailer for years.
