Personal Information:
I am 57 and have been married 32 years (on Income Tax Day, Apr. 15). We have one daughter who is 27 and works in Maryland. I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. I recently retired after 32 years in education and my family- especially my husband and daughter feel it is about time- I am a true workaholic!! I seem to be busier than ever and looking at my calendar I don't know how I ever had time to work.

I haven't built up the courage to build my SparkPage or to post pictures. Hopefully that will come soon.

Best to each of you in all your endeavors!

Denise (but I prefer D.)

You can get raw cocoa or cocao powder at most natural food stores, like Whole Foods. The stuff you buy at the regular grocery store, the cocoa bean has been roasted. If you are not near a Whole Foods, there's places to order it online. The bad thing about cocao or cocao is that they contain caffeine. In that case, use carob powder. I found some at Whole Foods but when I got home and read the label, I saw that it was roasted carob. Ugh!

I'll post some recipes tonight in my blog.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, Denise. Go ahead and adapt the 365 miles this year. I borrowed it from another Spark member. She would say "Go for it".

Thanks also for your great support.

Sunny
