Winter Challenge
The winter 5% weight loss challenge starts the end of this month and I am so ready to be accountable again - if only to myself. Being on the team helps me to do just that. My exercise plan is to walk 60 minutes first thing in the a.m. I can do at least 30 minutes on the stationary bike. My aim is to do this 5 days a week. I know it sounds like a lot of exercise but as a general rule I do a 45 minute walk and some biking everyday so I have not added more than I can handle. ...

My exercise plan is to walk 60 minutes first thing in the a.m. I can do at least 30 minutes on the stationary bike. My aim is to do this 5 days a week. I know it sounds like a lot of exercise but as a general rule I do a 45 minute walk and some biking everyday so I have not added more than I can handle. I have not made a final decision on which diet to follow but am leaning towards WW. This will be another means of accountability as if I do this I will attend meetings. Everything else is ready: exercise clothes in good shape, still wearing a pedometer eveyday and I MUST measure and count every bite. WE CAN DO THIS!
