Im not setting any huge weight loss goals for myself this year. Im taking one day at a time. Eatting way healthier than I have been & mostly avoiding sugar. I said avoiding not 100% elimination. Better choices.

And........here we are , October . Didnt get to any of my goals. I just cant stick to low carb right now. No I am just going to watch portions & bulk up on the fiber. Aiming for 35 gms per day.
