54 lbs is a LOT of fat!!!

I'm Lorna and I live in the UK. I was about 116 lbs until I was 24, and have spent the next 24 years trying to get rid of the extra lbs that come and go - but never go enough! I now have health problems relating to the extra weight I carry and really need to shift it before something major happens.
