It's Not What You Think

I'm Audrey. I began my journey to better health around March 6, 2013. I have to be better with my eating and start finding more activities that I enjoy outside of restaurants and my computer.

My Goals:
-be at my goal weight by mid-December, in time to see Tim again next

-strength train three times per week, every week to maintain muscle mass

-really cut back on my smoking to add to my healthier lifestyle


My Program:
-cut my calories: 1200-1600 six days a week and 2-2200 the other
-get at least 2500 Nike fuel every day/3000 steps/1000 calories burned
-circuit training 20-30 mins, (before Zumba or otherwise) 2-3 times per week
-1 hour fitness class 4-6 times per week (Zumba/Combat mainly)
-use my calorie/activity tracking program before bed each day
-use my fitness tracker band
-monitor weight weekly

*Allow myself substitutions of similar games/DVDs at home in place of up to one class per week
*Accept that I may miss one or two items per week but don't give up! Modify when necessary.

*~Reach for the moon, settle on the stars~*

Personal Information:
I'm sure that I will modify my plan to meet my energy, nutritional and motivational needs but this is roughly the plan I've been following from about mid-March of this year to the present.

Thank you for you kind words about my relationship with Charlie He has hope for a better tomorrow I know he can doit if he puts his mind ot it He even asked the Pastor who run the center for the homeless about if he has a mens group where he can learn the right way to treat a woman Charlie really wants to try and make this work I alsowant it to work in many ways he is everything I want and who I need in my life
