Going to make it happen

I want to be committed to a healthy fitness and eating lifestyle. I don't want to obsess about my weight as a number, but I do hope to lose 10-20 pounds.

I'm good at starting these things, but not about following through for more than a month or so. I'm very good at making excuses to myself, and I love to eat and drink with friends. I need to practice better portion control and remind myself that I don't have to eat everything on my plate. And if I do fall off the wagon, it doesn't ...
