I've been dieting on and off since 2009. History:

April 2009: was on Dr Fuhrman diet. Relationship issues and one visit to Burger King ruined that.

In 2011, I made an account here and tried to lose weight but failed (again).

January 2012: I tried again and lost a few pounds, but I only lasted for about a month.

July 2012: Restarted again.

October 2012: After some relationship struggles, I had regained all the weight I had lost since starting in July.

March 2013: I tried to lose that weight again, but didn't try my best.

November 2013: More relationship issues. Restarted dieting which lasted until January 2014

March 2014: This time I've bought a Fitbit and am actively pursuing the elusive steps along with following IIFYM.

October 2014: Still going! Fell off the wagon for 2 months but restarted in August. Currently at lowest weight since 2009 :)

April 2015: Still going! Longest I've gone ever. Have lost 50+ pounds since March 2014

Sept 2016: Still around occasionally for anyone who reads this. Been in a plateau since June 2015, but back at it again with a new mindset.

My Goals:
Well, my goal is to hit 135 pounds, but I know it's not about some arbitrary number on the scale.
I have some other problems that came along with the weight, and I'm hoping to get rid of those as well.
I'd also like to gain a butt-load of confidence.
