Enjoy every day

I have been a member of Sparks People for a little over 2years . I have lost over 80 pounds, portion control is something i shall always be working at. Sparks is helping me do this. One pound at a time, one day at a time it will add up . Went from a size 24 jeans to 14/16 when i got fall clothes over the weekend. Also from 3x tops to large. Dec. 20,2012 am wearing 16 missy jeans .
