Enjoy every day

I have been a member of Sparks People for a little over 4 years . I have lost over 80 pounds, portion control is something i shall always be working at. Sparks is helping me do this. One pound at a time, one day at a time it will add up . Went from a size 24 jeans to 14/16 when i got fall clothes over the weekend. Also from 3x tops to large. Dec. 20,2012 am wearing 16 missy jeans, am currently 3/21/14 wearing some 12 have lost inches but not weight .

Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results.
