Retiring well

My goal is to retire well. In good financial, physical and emotional shape. This turns out to be rather a challenge. But it's time. I'm getting hints from everywhere....

Thanks for the blog comment. Ask him/her about trigger points....similar, but not the same as foam rolling

Hi Doug,

Thanks for your comment on my "bike demo" status. I plan to blog about the experience. I rode some very nice bikes - each bike was over $6,000.

I rode 27.5" mountain bikes from PIvot and Santa Cruz. All I can say is "yuck"! Deep sixing 26" mountain bikes for 27.5" mountain bikes is a mistake of epic proportions!

I did ride a Pivot Mach 5.7 with 26" wheels. That bike rocked!

Thanks, Bruce

You asked about my bike ride, I commute to work on my bike most days, it's about 20 min round trip. It's nice living close enough that it is feasible, and nice only having one car too.
