I believe that good, healthy, relatively unprocessed food can be easily afforded when we stop buying the highly processed unhealthy foods.

    Doug,
Are you still on the site or are you out enjoying your retirement? Perhaps both?? I hope you are continuing with your healthy lifestyle to make every moment count!!

Thanks for the blog comment. Ask him/her about trigger points....similar, but not the same as foam rolling

    Hi Doug,

Thanks for your comment on my "bike demo" status. I plan to blog about the experience. I rode some very nice bikes - each bike was over $6,000.

I rode 27.5" mountain bikes from PIvot and Santa Cruz. All I can say is "yuck"! Deep sixing 26" mountain bikes for 27.5" mountain bikes is a mistake of epic proportions!

I did ride a Pivot Mach 5.7 with 26" wheels. That bike rocked!

    Thanks, Bruce
