Update for 2012: Had a great 2011 with SparkPeople. Lost 40 pounds. Would have lost more, but I did a lot of "maintaining". Now, I'm in the home stretch, trying to lose 24 pounds by the time I go on vacation in March.

Hey there. Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. This lifestyle change thing is really easy once you realize it is not an "all or nothing" mentality. If you have a bad day of eating(and you WILL) just know you can start by having 2 good days of eating immediately following. Read the article on here titled "1 step back, 2 steps forward".
