Thanks for the info. My healthy weight is 102-136 - I am 53 years old. I figure I would go for a goal of 130, the higher range. Once I get there if I go a little lower great. If it is now working out, well I am at a healthy BMI for me. I'm not a teenager anymore! My blood pressure is good and my labs are good so I think I'll be happy there!
Ah, Valium... I used to take those occasionally for mild spasms. I took Flexeril (stronger muscle relaxer) 4 times a day after my back injury! Enjoy being able to move and hopefully you will not need the Valium much longer!
