Lifting protein is what I also did when I lost a bit of weight - I used to have staples such as tufo, yoghurt, tahini, cottage cheese, eggs, meat, legumes, almonds and canned tuna. Once you start eating those sorts of things they keep you fuller for longer I thought :)
