Fed up with chronic pain/weight!
Having failed at every diet plan out there for more than 30 years and reaching my all-time highest weight this year, I am fed up! I can't go back to the 102# size 2 I was at high school graduation, but I know I must reach a healthy weight and the sooner the better.
